Warranty

Products in our store are warranted to guarantee that the product is free from defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty is provided for a period of 12 months to five years in accordance with the manufacturer’s service policy. The warranty period is indicated in the description of each product on our website. The manufacturer’s warranty card or the warranty card of our store serves as confirmation of warranty obligations.

Please check the completeness and absence of defects in the goods upon receipt (completeness is determined by the description of the product or the manual for its operation).

 

Exchange or return of goods

You can return or exchange goods within 30 days. To do this, please ensure the following:

  1. The product was not in use and has no signs of use: scratches, cracks, chips, abrasions, the design has not been changed, etc.
  2. The product is fully completed and the integrity of the packaging is not violated.
  3. All labels and factory markings are preserved.

If the product does not work, the exchange or return of the product is made only if there is a conclusion from the service center authorized by the manufacturer that the operating conditions are not violated.

Return delivery of goods is carried out by agreement.

 

In what cases is the guarantee not provided?

The warranty becomes void under the following conditions:

  • the integrity of the protective signs of the manufacturer or seller is damaged: stickers, holograms, seals, etc.;
  • there are mechanical or other damages caused by intentional or careless actions of the buyer or third parties;
  • the rules of use set forth in the operational documents or the warranty card are violated;
  • an unauthorized opening, repair was made, or the internal communications and components of the product were changed, the design or layout of the product was changed;
  • the warranty card is filled out incorrectly (the serial numbers on the products or their marking do not correspond to the information specified in the warranty card);
  • the serial number stored in the product’s memory has been changed, deleted or cannot be set.

The warranty does not cover the following faults:

  • natural wear or resource exhaustion;
  • accidental damage caused by the client or damage resulting from negligent attitude or use (exposure to liquid, dust, foreign objects entering the case, etc.);
  • damage as a result of natural disasters (natural phenomena) or military operations;
  • damage caused by an emergency increase or decrease in voltage in the mains or by incorrect connection to the mains;
  • damage caused by defects in the system in which this product was used, or those that arose as a result of connecting the product to other products;
  • damage caused by the use of the goods for other purposes or in violation of the rules of operation.
